They have seen two of my Burmese pythons and none of the vets or techs were scared to just hop in and handle them. Full confidence and great treatment. We have  taken our  pets to them for longer than I can remember and we have never had an issue. We recently lost our friend Buttons and the compassionate treatment we received was unbelievable.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Let's put this simply - Doc Pfaehler is the greatest Critter Doc in the history of Critter Docs. Years ago my family suffered the tragic and unexpected loss of a beloved furry family member from complications during surgery.  Needless to say, we were beyond consolation and became exceptionally weary of any procedures involving sedation. We finally decided to trust again, and put our faith in Doc Pfaehler.  He has consistently gone above and beyond to assure us that our faith has not been misplaced.  He genuinely cares for our animals as much as we do, and has sacrificed his family time to ensure that his patients were stable and recovering according to his expectations. We couldn't ask for a better person to care for our 4-legged loved ones.  He's officially stuck dealing with us until he retires - and possibly beyond!
